Using CTBN is straightforward. You need to decide who you want to use CTBN as; a supplier or a customer. Once that is decided, please refer to our documentation for everything you need to know about using CTBN as your chosen identity.

Availability of our services

We will do our maximum, and go beyond if necessary to keep the platform up and running at all times. But we are not promising that the platform will be available 24/7. There might be downtimes, because, or not because of us, that may last for some seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or even years. Maintainance downtimes will be scheduled and you will be notified through one of our communication channels. Attacks might not give us time to notify you. If you are using this platform, then you are in agreement with the aforementioned statement of possible inavailability of our services.

License

Unless otherwise stated, CTBN and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on CTBN. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from CTBN for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

The platform offers capabilities for customers, and especially for suppliers and their profiles. Depending on the nature of the capabilities offered to you by CTBN, you should NEVER ABUSE IT OR USE IT TO CREATE FALSE SITUATIONS THAT WILL PUT YOU AT AN ADVANTAGE ESPECIALLY FINANCIALLY AS THESE WILL LEAD TO YOUR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PLATFORM AND A LAWSUIT STARTED AGAINST YOU.

Do not create iFrames around our web pages. This is to avoid common forms of attacks that originate from this.
