Your information on CTBN

The only information CTBN has about you is what you provide to CTBN. This includes information that you provide when you sign up, when you update your account information in your dashboard, or when you contact us directly.

All these information except those that you provide to us when you contact us directly is available to you in your dashboard. When you contact us directly, feel free to reject any request from us to provide your information although you should bear in mind that these information we could ask are to be used to enhance your experience on CTBN.

Suppliers

As a supplier, you cannot see any information about any customer on CTBN unless they have made a reservation for one or more of your textbooks.

Customers

As a customer, you have access to the list of all suppliers in every region of Cameroon. By default, you will see the suppliers only in your region but that can be changed either by updating your information or, by simply launching a search for suppliers in a desired region.
