Changing your password on CTBN
After creating your account, creating a subscription for your account, signing into your account, and using your account for a while, you might want to change your account password. To do that, go to Dashboard → My Account → Information → Update information.
What if you have forgotten your password? Then you cannot have access to your account anymore. Do not worry, like always, there is a plan B.
Resetting your password (Plan B)
If you have forgotten the password to your account, do not worry because there is a way for you to assign a new one for your account if you know the email you used to create an account on CTBN. Suppose you are a supplier, if you follow the links Home page → Sign in → Supplier, you should see a page similar to the one below:

You should be able to see the “Forgot your password?” link below the sign in form. Click that link if you have forgotten your password and want to create a new password for your account.
Enter your email address
When you click that link, you will be prompted to enter the email address with which you registered on CTBN.

Once you enter that email address, you will receive a reset link that you will use to change your account password. Note that that link is valid only for 1 hour and will expire after this time. If it does, any attempt to reset your account using this link will fail. You will have to start the reset process again.
When you click on that reset link, you will be redirected to a page that contains a form for you to reset your account password. Once that is done you can sign into your account with the new password you created.
